Chop Tong Guan (CTG) was founded by Mr. Koay Boon Hock in 1929. CTG was incorporated by Koay’s son, Mr. Koay Eng Chew, in 1985. The current Managing Director, Mr. Koay Swee Aik, has set the rapid-growing pace of the businesses of CTG into becoming a major fresh fruits and vegetables importer, wholesaler, and distributor in Malaysia. Together with the Director of the company, Debbie Koay, the current management team is set to take CTG to new heights in the industry.
The company currently operates in four different locations across Malaysia - Bukit Mertajam and Penang Island in the state of Penang, and Selayang and USJ in the state of Selangor. The two sites in Penang serve the regions stretching from the Southern Thailand to the Northern Malaysian Peninsular. Another two sites in Selangor deliver fruits and vegetables to consumers in the Central and Southern regions of the Peninsular Malaysia as well as East Malaysia via transshipment.
